Adaptation: Colour 3

I'm still playing around with contrasting colours but this time around I've put in more detailed brush strokes to accent the tree. The red ambient lighting underneath the tree represents the tragedy of death in the story tying in with the transformation into the tree and at the top a yellow glow representing the innocence.

    agreed! really like this one too - but another gripe - how about choosing a bigger image size when you upload? Your images are lost in all this blackness on your blog!

      Ok I'll start posting larger sizes and the blackness will probably be changed when I update my blog template.

    This looks amazing! The mix of the colours works perfctly and the whole image is really interesting
