Thumbnails 51-100
In my 1-50 thumbnails I already got a sense of what I wanted for my final pieces so I thought doing the other 50 would be slightly difficult however I managed to come up with some more interesting ideas. I mixed and matched a few concepts and I have a much better visual of what I want for my finals.

Scene 3: #36-50 Thumbnails
My first scene 3 thumbnails were pretty bland and had little going on in terms of scenery so I went back and drew a few more thumbnails trying to make the scene more dynamic. I experimented with over hanging bushes in the foreground, adding in a canyon in behind the lake, dinosaur silhouettes, pterodactyl reflections in the water and different perspectives for the plateau in the background.

Preliminary Thumbnails
The Lost World
Finally got my scanner working, time for uploading.
Scene 1
From the chapter The Outlying Pickets of the New World
I tried to visualise an enclosed river thats suffocating and yet at the same time enchanting. A prelude of sorts to an amazing world.
Scene 2
Still from the same chapter, this scene is within a dense bamboo forest that's barely navigable.
In thumbnails 25 and 27 I added a lot of black to try and give the feel of an extremely enclosed space as how the book narrates it.
Scene 3
From the chapter It Was Dreadful in the Forest, this scene is a combination of a two paragraphs but describes a lake that overlooks a plateau at night.
